“[Before working together], I felt so overwhelmed - I had thoughts of not knowing where to start, and not thinking that creating a website was even possible!! Ioana was so warm and gentle through the process, but at the same time, provided guidance and encouragement. Even though it was a big task to undertake creating the website I wanted, the process was not at all as scary or as overwhelming as I had thought with Ioana's support and work.

Ioana provided me with documents to guide my thoughts, and bring them into something she could then work with and do her magic! From taking my ideas for branding, the feel for my website, my brain dumps of content - she was able to bring this all together.
